Who It Is For

The GPD Win 4 is ideal for enthusiasts who want a portable Windows gaming device capable of playing PC games and emulating a wide range of consoles. It is also a good choice for those who want high-end specs like 64GB RAM and OCuLink for external GPU support.

Buying Notes

Prices start at $701 for the base model (7640U/16GB/512GB) and go up to $1302 for the top configuration (7840U/64GB/4TB). The device was released in September 2023. Consider your need for RAM and storage; the 7840U with 780M graphics offers significantly better gaming performance. The OCuLink port allows connection to an external GPU dock for desktop-level gaming. Note that the battery is relatively small (45.62 Wh) for the hardware, so battery life may be limited under load.
